Haines in the morning and head south thru Lynn Canal on the Fjordland, a

summer to breed and pup.

Juneau's Magnificent Tracy Arm Fjord Sawyer Glacier Cruise |
Glaciers, icebergs, waterfalls, whales,
bears, eagles, mountain goats & hundreds of seals!
Board the 56' Adventure Bound for a leisurely full day cruise thru the
Stephens Passage where you should watch for humpback and orca whales and
scan the shoreline for bear and mountain goats.
Then you will turn into Tracy Arm, which is a narrow, twisting, turning
fjord with massive cliffs rising thousands of feet on each side. There
are snow-capped peaks, shear rock palisades, waterfalls and tidewater
glaciers.
As you approach the Twin Sawyer Glacier, icebergs will surround the
vessel as you wait for the likely event of "calving" when part of the
glacier's face breaks away with a roar and plummets to the water below.
Near the South Sawyer Glacier hundreds of seals relax on the icebergs
surrounding the vessel, safe from predators in the ice-choked fjord.
